From Group A, Slovakia and Bulgaria opened the day. The first quarter ended in a 16:16 tie, but by halftime Slovakia was in a slight lead with 34:29. Bulgaria did not make a turnover as Slovakia increased their advantage and won the game with a score of 86:67. The most efficient player was Teo Tarda with 2 points, four rebounds and two assists for an efficiency rating of 18.

The day continued with Poland and Austria from Group B. The game started tightly, with Austria holding a 2-point advantage at the end of first quarter (21:19). In the second quarter, Poland took control, turning the game in their favor and heading into halftime with a 54:33 lead. In the seventh minute of last quarter Poland surpassed 100 points, ultimately winning 109:59. The most efficient player was Szymon Nagórski with 14 points, three rebounds and one assist for an efficiency rating of 17.

Slovenia took on the court with Croatia for the last game of Group A. First quarter was dominant on both sides, ending in 17:16 for Slovenia. The game continued with minimum difference in score but at the end of first half Croatia pulled ahead 40:36. The second half was tight, with intense action at both ends, but Croatia took control in the final minutes to secure a 74:66 victory. The most efficient player was Ante Vujić with 17 points, one rebound and eight assists for an efficiency rating of 20.

The last game of the day, between Hungary and Romania in Group B, marked the end of the group stage. Hungary controlled the game from the beginning, leading 29:18 after the first quarter and 56:32 at halftime. Romania did not make a comeback and the game finished with a 95:66 Hungarian victory. The most efficient player was Bendegúz Vujity-Zsolnay with 18 points, one rebound and two assists for an efficiency rating of 21.
