
I Feel Slovenia Ball for Girls 2025 has come to an end. The final day in Slovenj Gradec was filled with outstanding basketball performances and unforgettable moments. Next week boys will take over the court.
The game for seventh place between Romania and Austria started with a tight score of 11:10 for Romania, who later took the lead, ending the first half at 23:17. In the third quarter, the Romanian girls extended their lead even further, and the final quarter started with an 11-point advantage. Austria couldn’t make a comeback, and Romania secured seventh place with a final score of 52:42. The most efficient player was Andrada Anghel, who had eight points and an impressive 15 rebounds for an efficiency rating of 12, while she also scored the most points in the game with 13.
In the second game of the day, Slovakia and Bulgaria battled for fifth place. Slovakia opened the game dominantly, gaining a significant lead and finishing the first quarter ahead 26:15. By halftime, Bulgaria had closed the gap to 40:31, but they never managed to take the lead. Slovakia went on to win the game 72:48 and secure fifth place. The most efficient player was Gréta Jakubcová, who finished with 10 points, three rebounds, and three assists for an efficiency rating of 16. Meanwhile, Karolína Krištofíková was the top scorer with 14 points.
Slovenia and Croatia left the neighbouring outside of Sports Hall Slovenj Gradec as they competed for third place. The first quarter was mostly led by Croatia, but at the end Slovenia evened the score at 14:14. With impressive three-pointers on both sides the teams were switching the lead going into halftime at 31:28 for Slovenia. In the second half the host country dominated and stayed consistent until they secured bronze medal with a 66:56 victory. The most efficient player was Mila Ana Milić, with incredible 29 points, 15 rebounds and one assist for an efficiency rating of 35.
Finally, it was time for the grand finale in Slovenj Gradec, where people from Poland and Hungary traveled to cheer for their teams. A close start of the final game finished the first quarter with one point difference, 19:20 for Hungary. In second half of second quarter Poland took the lead going into halftime with 38:31. It was tight until the end keeping the audience at the edge of their seats. In last seconds Poland evened the score with two free-throws (61:61) going into overtime. The winner wasn’t known until last seconds when Blanka Merkel scored a winning three and Hungary won for third time in a row.

Lea Ujhelyi from Hungary was also named the Most Valuable Player of the Tournament.
Mila Ana Milić from Slovenia scored the most points in the tournament with a total of 83 points in five games, averaging 16.6 points per game. The prize for the highest number of jumps in the tournament went to Emilia Winkler from Austria, with 78 jumps and an average of 15.6 jumps per game. Slovakia's Barbora Dorková won the award for the best passer of the tournament with a total of 18 assists, averaging 3.6 per game.
